‘Father’s soul will suffer if country’s people suffer’

M.A.Sayed(Tonmoy) : Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has said that despite repeated attacks, Awami League never broke.  It is not only the Pakistan time that the strike has happened, but since the assassination of the 75-year-old father, the party has been repeatedly conspiring with the group.

 

Comparing the Awami League to the diamond piece, she said, the diamond is as bright as it is, the more bright it is.  Since the establishment of the Awami League has suffered a lot.

 

The more attacks on the Awami League, the Awami League has become more powerful.  And behind this, there are duties, responsibilities, love, sacrifice and sacrifice for Awami League people.  Because of all this, the Awami League has survived for 70 years.

 

Sheikh Hasina said this at a meeting of the 70th founding anniversary of Awami League at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center in the city on Monday afternoon.

 

The meeting was jointly organized by the party’s publicity and publication secretary and information minister.  Hasan Mahmud and Deputy Secretary and Publicity Secretary Aminul Islam Amin.

 

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina embraced the Deputy Leader of the House Syeda Sajeda Chowdhury and Sajeda Chowdhury also kissed the wrestling on the forehead of Awami League president.

 

Awami League President Sheikh Hasina mentioned in her speech the achievements of the historic Awami League to Bangladesh.  He said the people of the country are working to get better life, he said.

 

On different occasions Sheikh Hasina gave an emotional speech describing the brutal torture of the Awami League leaders.  During this time, he urged the party workers to unite and work for the people of the country and the country.

 

The Awami League president said, when the father of the nation was murdered in 1975, then the persecution of those who held this group can not be described in the language.  The main objective of the conspirators was to destroy the Awami League.  But the number of people trying to destroy this group has become stronger as the Awami League.

 

Referring to the repeated efforts of Awami League leaders and workers after the independence, Sheikh Hasina said that the highest quality of Awami League is the duty of the people towards the people of the country and the love and love.  Awami League leaders and activists have left the country for 70 years.

 

75 Later, Awami League leaders and activists of Jamaat-e-Islami said that they were again tortured by the Pakistani invaders. He said that in 1971, the target of Pakistani occupation forces was to burn the Awami League leaders and workers in the village.

 

Everybody got a hit.  After the independence of the country, the same strike once again came down to the lives of Awami League activists.  Not only that, after independence, 7 activists including Awami League MPs were brutally killed.

 

Sheikh Hasina said that while reading the unfinished autobiography of Bangabandhu, our founder general secretary Shamsul Haque had lost his mental balance in torture and torture.

 

Recalling the sacrifice of the Awami League, the Prime Minister said, if you see the history of the Awami League, how many sacrifices will be seen.  I do not think any political party has sacrificed so much for the country, for the people of the country?

 

Awami League President Sheikh Hasina presided over the discussion in the meeting while Awami League general secretary and road transport and labor minister Obaidul Quader, Advisory Council members Amir Hossain Amu, Tofail Ahmed, Presidium member Matia Chowdhury, Sheikh Fazlul Karim Selim, Mohammad Nasim, Joint General Secretary Advocate  Jahangir Kabir Nanak, Abdur Rahman, Organizing Secretary Ahmad Hossain, Khalid Mahmud  Chowdhury, Enamul Haque Shamim, Dhaka Metropolitan South Awami League President Abul Hasnat, and Uttara President AKM Rahmat Ullah and Prof. Muntasir Mamun.
