Lockdown announced in Japan

Protidin Int. Desk : The fourth wave of deadly coronavirus infections is taking a terrible turn in Japan. Authorities in four provinces, including the capital Tokyo, have again announced lockdowns as the number of infections rises alarmingly. This is the third state of emergency in the country. The announcement was made by Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga on Friday. The other three provinces are Osaka, Hyogo and Kyoto. This state of emergency will be effective from April 25. It will remain in force till May 11. In a statement, Yoshihide Suga said the fourth wave of corona has begun to have a devastating effect on Japan. Osaka has already overtaken the capital, Tokyo, in terms of attacks. All types of commercial establishments will be closed in lockdown. Even if the food shop is open, it has to be closed by 8 pm.
